Re: I overplay AA (2hands)
First hand is totally fine. A lot of the time he'll have AK here. If he has a set, that sucks, but you didn't give him odds preflop, so if he plays this way every time he's losing money.
Second...

Re: NL25 2 pair , shove at turn ?
Here's a question: what the hell is a 24/18 limping in the CO? I'd expect him to be open-raising even his offsuit aces here. 33? I'm really hesitant to play for stacks in a limped pot with bottom...

Re: good fold or bad play?
Why raise so little preflop? Sometimes I make small pot-sweetening raises out of position with hands that can flop big, but AQo has limited postflop potential. You want to get that hand heads-up,...

Re: Stick beating hand (NL50)
I don't really like this at all. Continuation betting into four people with second pair/no draw isn't really my idea of a good time, and I doubt it's profitable, since you have to take down the pot...

Re: Could you fold pf?
It sucks when they telegraph what they have, but you have such a big hand you can't really use the information. According to Pokerstove, you're an even 50:50 against a range as tight as {AA,AJ} for...

Re: 3 25 NL AKo hands, am I leaking?
I don't play with stats, but doesn't anyone else find it odd that the loose/passive donk villain in hand two is firing at us on three streets? When does he do that with a hand we beat? I would...

Re: $16: JJ in BB, multiple limpers

I shove 88+/AQ here.
[/ QUOTE ]
I think you can shove somewhat wider than that, although it depends on how frisky you feel. ATs and 77 are almost certainly good shoving hands here.

Re: How to play poker by Evenkeal
Hey, speaking of loldonkaments, how long has HIV been 16-tabling the $27s? Somebody needs to tell that guy to stop overplaying his mid pairs.

Re: NL25 - KK overpair on the flop
You think villain is folding QQ or AT with nearly 50% of his stack already in the middle? Not to mention the pair plus straight draw hands to which he's now committed.

Re: 16: TPGK vs flop reraise
What sort of loose are we talking about? Unless villain is a maniac I think this has to be a fold. You're behind AK/AJ/AT/KQ/JT, you're tied with AQ, and you're ahead of a heart draw (though not by...

If I had observed villain over a meaningful number of hands and had a good idea that he only raised (or minraised) with monsters, I would totally agree. However, my sample was small, probably no...

Re: NL50: Critique my reasoning
Given villain's 3-betting range preflop, the only worse hands he's holding that could call a raise are AA and AQ. A reasonable player will often fold AA to a push, and it's hard to say how often...
