I like a shove here, raising leaves you an awkward stack size and makes it hard for a c-bet if an overcard comes.

Depends on how the table has played. 3 limpers out of 8 appears fairly tight. If they're known to respect a good raise I'd take it up to $400 here. Proceed with caution if overcards hit and shove if they don't. If they're calling stations I shovel it all in now to show I'm serious. We're likely ahead here so it's correct to get it all in now and remove our positional disadvantage and get full value for our hand while still having maximum fold equity.

Raising to 400 is wrong, push this.

Looks like a shove to me. 30% increase to your stack if you take it down straight away from those lame limpers. You are way ahead.

I'd push, and be happy if they all folded. 450 chips is a very nice pot if you don't have to see a flop for it.

3 limpers at blinds 50/100 isn't tight in my eyes, this is pretty lose imho.

I think you can shove somewhat wider than that, although it depends on how frisky you feel. ATs and 77 are almost certainly good shoving hands here.
