Hand 1 is fine.

hand 2, what is with your sorta minR on the flop? That is a tough spot with that many players seeing the flop on that board. i honestly might call the flop bet and evaluate turn, fold to continued aggression.

First hand is totally fine. A lot of the time he'll have AK here. If he has a set, that sucks, but you didn't give him odds preflop, so if he plays this way every time he's losing money.

Second hand is awkward. On the one hand, you have aces; on the other hand, it's really not a good board for an overpair, especially with so many opponents. Against a completely made-up range of {55, AhTh, Ah5h, KQs, KhTh, QJs, Th9h, 9h8h, 6h5h, 5h4h, KQo, QJo} you're an even flip on the flop. So getting it in is probably OK. However, it might be better to call (folding to aggression from the button or a checkraise from the blinds) and push over a turn bet if a safe card falls. That way, if he's semibluffing a big draw, you can get it in while he has substantially reduced equity. You'll still go broke to QJ/55, but that's not the worst thing in the world, given all of the other hands that he could easily have.

I think both hands are correct in getting your money in. I agree that raise sizes need to be bigger, at least 3x their bets for both hands. Your raise sizes make it seem that you are scared(which it appears you are), or you have the nuts.

The types of players you are playing against, stats, reads would be good too.
