Re: 99, draw heavy board
Weird spot, but I'd three bet the flop. Not to protect the hand, because nobody's folding, but I think it will give you a much better idea of where you stand headed into the expensive streets. Also,...

Re: The Doug Show
Tempting, but I check. 9 isn't the best card in the world. If the board paired or a low card came I'd fire again.

Re: 1-for-4?

Five to the flop for four bets and I have A8o.
[/ QUOTE ]
Yeah, but your original plan was 4 to the flop for 3 bets each with A-8o, and that's not so great either.

Re: Bet-bet-bet. Oops. Eh, threebet.
I understand the thinking behind the river three bet, because anything other than a 9 or 7 is folding. Having said that, I must say, you sprayed a LOT of chips on a hand I would have mucked preflop,...

Re: It\'s Another Tequila Sunrise
I call, but I showdown too much.
Having said that, it's kind of a crazy flop to donk with only a draw, since the flop probably hit you nicely. If he flopped a flush he could donk it.

Re: second pair, board begs for call
I think your line is fine. Check-raising the turn is too much, because you must call a raise. The only other option would be to donk the turn, but you still have to call a raise, and you take the...
