These seemed to work well for me. I would go with one of the better packages for longer lasting results. At least that's what they tell you it is.

I've used the Crest Premium Plus strips. They made a noticeable difference. After using them for about a week, my sister (who I see every few weeks) commented on how "nice and white my teeth looked." You will also notice this, but a month or so after you are done using them the super-whiteness wears off.

So, a good buy if you are interested.

i like sticking with: not smoking, brush teeth 3 times a day, minimal amounts of dark sodas, and i chew a fair amount of Trident Gum. my teeth arent amazingly white but people have said something about how white they are before.

Vehn,

Don't do it. You will just be starting yourself on a long road of obsession with your personal appearance that will end in tragedy. First you'll whiten your teeth. Then you'll decide getting a manicure really isn't all that gay after all. Next you'll start using those body washes. Then you'll decide you have to lose weight and start pumping iron. And once you look all buff, you won't like all that hair on your back and chest and start shaving it like a body builder. Then you'll notice your nose is a little too big and go get plastic surgery to make it smaller. And of course the plastic surgeon will offer to thrown in a tummy tuck for a discount at the same time and you'll think you just can't pass that deal up. And by that time, you'll think you just have about done everything you could to improve your appearance and you'll realize your dick is too small. So then you will be weak the next time you see 10 of those Enzyte commercials on while watching TV and will rush to get your credit card and phone the number on the screen. And finally when everything is perfect and you think you're ready to go out and be irresistible to the opposite sex (or same one if that's your thing), you'll step into the street and get killed by a drunk driver and all that money and effort and struggle will have been for nought. So just don't start down that road man.

yes, they work great for what they claim to do, which is whitening your teeth. but i also experienced an unpleasant side effect (which they mention in the instructions) of extreme sensitivity while the strips were in. it was ok in the beginning, but after several days it got progressively worse. basically, imagine what your teeth would feel like if, immediately after eating boiling hot soup, you drank frigid cold water: that's what it felt like when i put the strips on after like a week or so. so i stopped doing it (i was like half way through with the box, i still have the other half in the bathroom somewhere).

but they still worked great (whitened my teeth), and the sensitivity issues were only while i had the strips on, i.e. i am totally fine now.
