Re: Baseball Question
Thanks for the responses.
Just to confirm, you're saying that there will be 6 or more hits about 21.2% of the time?

Small Flush OOP and lost
This was the first hand at the table. I hate that I didn't lead out on the turn here. Should I be check/calling or check/folding the river?

Re: Dangerous flopped 2-pair against a Re-raiser
Yeah, at the time it seemed reasonable, but looking back I don't even know why I posted this. It's pretty obvious I'm beat here. If I'm going to use poker tracker than I might as well USE poker...

Dangerous flopped 2-pair against a Re-raiser
Villain is 27-1 after 150 or so hands. Half of me says "OMG 2-pair" and half says there's nothing reasonable I can beat here. Two questions
a)Should I C/F the flop or lead out?
b)Usually I make...

Set against Tight dude
Villain is 15/0 after 55 hands.
I'm pretty content with this hand for everything but the river. Due to his tight nature, I think he has AA, KK, or AK. MAYBE QQ but not likely. Merely calling my...

Re: KK on unusual flop
Thanks for all the replies. I'm so used to leading the flop, but I see that checking was my best action here.
For this specific hand he wasn't going to fold. He did have a set, AA. Turn bricked...

KK on unusual flop
I think I should've raised more preflop first of all. On the flop, I figured a push would get an Ace without a decent heart to fold, and if I do get called I can catch a heart for the nuts. MP1 was...

Re: Huge flop overbet 50NL
I'd roll my eyes and fold. But make a note. If he does this a lot then you can start making looser calls.

Re: 99 - My set line sucks:(
I'm all about aggression, but why not just see a flop here? Raising here sets up a big pot that you have to play out of position.

Re: should I fold to this minraise?
Nah, not without a read. I'd consider folding if he strongly led the turn, but you have a decent hand, position on your opponent, and it's not that much to call.

Re: Betting into the pre flop raiser?
I think you have to bet out here. You called his bet preflop, and pretty much hit the flop you were looking for. You can't give him a free card here.
If you get check-raised, it certainly puts you...
