Re: 25NL - NFD with 5 people in the pot, bet out?

Well with this many people you are up against an overpair and they are likely to bet out or raise your bet. So I would check, as getting raised would make your draw unprofitable.

Re: NL10 Third king falls on turn.

I call and try to get to showdown pretty cheaply. I can see him with KTs, K9s, 88-JJ here too. I think the times you run into AK, QK or a set are less often that you run into hands you beat here.

Re: Line Check NFD+OCs

Those are pretty nit numbers. He likely has an overpair and I don't see him getting away from it. Since most people who play that tight try to play for stacks everytime they get QQ+

Re: NL50 77 in 3 bet pot.

This hand is so tough to continue on without a read. I think you see an overpair a lot, and the times you don't AK and AQs are the next likely options so either way this isn't looking good for you....

Re: NL10, newbie flops quads

For one, there are tons of people in the hand so someone is bound of hit at least a T or is willing to float with the board being moderately dry.

That said, I follow shaqs guidelines.

Re: NL50, AQ faced turnpush

Flop looks good, turn looks like he knows you have a Q and either spiked his K or mayber had 99, and it hoping you are willing to go broke with 2nd pair.

Re: NL25 AA vs b3b on dry flop

I hate when this happens, but I think you see a set a lot more than you see AQ QK. I mean with such a dry flop like that he either has TP or a set, and the way he played it's a set more often than...

Re: NL25 KK UTG bet this turn?

I think you bet the turn because you find out just what you wanted to know on the river (that he has a spade) plus you get more money when the spade doesn't hit

Re: 25NL - What do I do on the turn with trips?

I don't think KT or T8 Call you PF and flop. Of course, I could be wrong, but I'd say you are ahead here.

Re: 99 over pair, does anyone call this?

well I play 10NL and this is a sticky situation. I would say fold because one of the biggest things I notice about this level is when they push allin they have a great hand, but they call allin's...

Re: AQ flops top 2 in reraised pot.

I feel like you could squeak a bit more value if you didn't 3 bet allin. I think he only calls you with QQ or AA which are possible holdings here and the rest he folds. By just calling you may be...

Re: NL50: Trips + Flushdraw

Tough hand here. On the flop I would be realllly cautions. He could already have a set and you are drawing dead on the turn. Or he could have a straight or a least a draw and you are once again...

Re: AKo did i play this well?

Well, if you have a read on the guy then I can understand doing this PF. However, I certainly wouldn't get in the habit of it. At this level playing a straight abc game is very profitable.

Re: 25NL 9-9 line check

I hesitate to put him on anything higher than JJ, QQ.

Then how would he play with anything bigger than JJ or QQ?

Re: 50NL 2handed Q6o on button?

Seems good to me, I don't think you have to worry about jacks on the flop since he didn't raise pf. If he just sat down I think he woulda raised with those instead of tryin to be tricky so early.

Re: In general - 88 vs 6TT flop - thac\'s brew hand

I would raise this turn. Very dry board, no reason to think you are behind here.
