If your calling turn you shouldn't be folding river. Villain could easily be on a FD and may put you on a FD as well.

Move up. 100NL is a bit a harder but not much. If you can beat 50NL for 9bb you can definatly beat 100NL.

I dont think having 40BI is necessary either. If you are disciplined enough to know when you need to move down say when you get below 10BI, then going busto shouldn't be a problem. Having 40BI will...

If your gonna play 1-2NL, just about any casino should provide a weak game with bad players. Live 1-2NL plays more like 25NL or 50NL online. Mostly weak bad player and some that know nothing more...
