Default Time to move up?

I've only recently started playing SSNL full-ring tables as I'm trying to transition from a sit-n-go player to a ring game baller. I decided to take some advice from a previous post on 2p2 in that I would play 20K hands at 50NL and I had set a goal for myself of 4BB/100. I've played about 10K hands and am at just over 9BB/100. I feel that I'm good enough to move up and I've got 20 buy-ins for 100NL in my bankroll. However, I feel that the players at 50NL are for the most part a lot of donkeys. How different will the skill level of my opponents be at 100NL as opposed to 50NL? Time to move-up, or should I play another 10K hands at 50NL to guarantee that I'm crushing these tables before moving up?
