Re: OoP float, line checking
Yeah figured that later on as well. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
Won't do it again on this level! FPS took a hold of me there.

Re: OoP float, line checking
I know I can just play this for set value, and fold the flop.
But he has missed this flop more then 2/3 of the time imo. So why fold when you are ahead of his range? I bet turn because he will...

Re: 50 - odd spot with AQ (TPTK=push/fold?)
I'm wondering, since none of you prefer to fold preflop, what flop WOULD you like to get here? The only flops you are gonna like are QQx and TJKr. Pretty slim chance of that happening, can't see you...

Re: 50 - odd spot with AQ (TPTK=push/fold?)
You just said it, Qhigh flop is as good as it gets (if you hit a QQx flop 1/6 I want to play on your account!). Still, you want to fold to a raise from villain. If you can't stand the heat, get out...

Re: 50 - odd spot with AQ (TPTK=push/fold?)
I would fold preflop. I don't understand how you can give a line like this in your thread: "hasnt 3b pf too often, and i have to respect for something decent" and then calling a 3bet OoP with a...

Re: NL25 FR: KK against supertight villain
Where are stacksizes?
I'dd just call his raise preflop, and play this one for set value (I know, it sounds weird, but these stats are too tight, odds of AA are huge). I don't think ur minreraise...

Re: NL50 - KK on A high flop
Why would you want to make the pot bigger when you are OoP? I would prefer to make the pot big when being IP.
I like your lines BTW, QQ/JJ/TT would call that more often then bet out themselves.

Re: Checking the lines, KK on BB
LOL kinda figured that /images/graemlins/wink.gif but if I make my standard bet $1,75 here, I also have to pick up more pots to stay EV+ at CBing (or at least to make the same or more profit from...

Re: Checking the lines, KK on BB
I agree with the betsizes preflop and turn, but bet more on the flop? $1,50 in a $2, what's wrong with that?
This is my standard bet here, so please, why make it $1,75-$2?

Re: Is this even a tough spot?
None, with one limper either my hand is good enough to raise, or I fold.
Pretty huge leak that is, if you complete every A/K/suited/(gapped) connectors.
Fix it /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Re: Flop top set
You should have just lead the flop, since it's a drawy board and you're gonna get called by tons of hands you have beat (yes I am aware you've got nuts here, just pointing out that your FE here is...

As played preflop, I would probably consider a raise on the...

Re: Is this even a tough spot?
First of all this is a preflop fold.
Second, don't make the pot this big with a marginal hand like TPBK. I'dd C/C the flop and lead the turn. If I find any strength, I'm out.

Same here as the hand posted earlier by someone else, why would you first call a bet on the turn, and then fold to a bet on the river, while the rivercard is highly unlikely helping him to improve...

Re: AJ foldable in this spot?

I would shove on the flop to his minbet here. its 10NL and he is quite short stacked. most likely any ace or representing one, good change you have him beat.

Re: AJ foldable in this spot?
This is not foldable in most cases, but I don't like the bet on the turn. If you have the intention to go all-in, at least give the opp to throw his hand in first.
His pushing range is prob a lot...

Re: 25NL, 99 gets 3bet, flops overpair
Just call him, read hasn't changed from turn to river, board hasn't done anything, so either fold the turnbet or call this one as well.
I don't like betting the flop, since I see a very wide...
