i would just call the river bet. He is a really tight raiser preflop, so i would give him a hand which beats yours (a pair of Jacks to the nut flush).
i do not think he would play AA or KK like this.

50+9 Sit&Go can be beat?
Hello,
i think 9$ is a huge rake for a 50$ 6 player Sit&Go tournament which pays 1st 150$, 2nd 90$ and 3rd 60$. Some goes into a Jackpot (i do not know how much.)
