UTG is a massive fish, 83/24 after 343 hands. I think he has top pair/overpair when he raises the flop and I don't expect he folds to a push. How would you play the flop?

Hand 1: The chances you are bluffing this river go way up given that you are only representing 78 here. Villain is likely to put you on nuts or nothing here which makes his call easier.
