[/ QUOTE ]

On a board like this, the PFR also represents a big hand, which could include AK, AQ, thereby causing a weaker A to fold.

Sadly, I was in auto-pilot WA/WB without thinking carefully...

[/ QUOTE ]

Hard to blame you, but it does suck. You don't often see a capped pf with 3 players none of whom hold an A.

Re: slowplaying a set for value OK?

I don't mind the check-raise line, but once you've got multiple players raising and calling raises (both are now almost certain to call you), you need to put the hammer down. You only have bottom...

Re: AKs against tight passive - played right?

I'd cap preflop. The hand plays differently from there.

I definitely wouldn't fold to a re-raise on the flop with big cards and a nut flush draw.

Re: happy to see a set of tens?

I guess you're right since he capped. At Party .50/1.00, I've seen AK, KQ cap plenty of times. Still, probably a leak to challenge since there has been no sign of letting up.

Re: PS Deposit Requirements

Just got an answer from their support saying that once the bonus appears in your account, it's there until it releases. You can withdraw everything and come back later to clear, no time limits.

Re: Graph of results

Great post! For a newbie like me, it was great to compare actions. I learned a lot and made a few, probably costly, errors.

One comment for low ML players, the UTG raise doesn't seem so scary, and...

Raise and hold your nose if he has the Ad. A maniac will do this with any two diamonds.

Re: Blind steal gone wrong

Betting may just win the hand here. I think I'd bet one more and the c/f the river UI.

Re: Was I a total wimp here?

Yes. You very likely have the best hand. Many will bluff or semi-bluff when 3 of a suit flop.

Re-raise the flop and lead the turn. If he doesn't blink, call down.

If not, somebody will ask for reads, no? Sometimes there just aren't any.
