My guess is that Hero was playing at NL25 or NL50. For counting bonus raked hands party is including hands 5 cent raked hands. For party points, a raked hand must have 1 cent per person...

yeah it wasnt a forced upgrade, but a small message on the left hand side of the lobby saying the update was available.
basically - uninstall the software, download it again and reinstall.

gametime+ accessing PT db on another machine
I've got 2 machines networked together, and occasionally i play poker on the machine that doesnt have pokertracker installed on it. However I havent been able to "point" gametime+ at my PT database...
