Oh No... not QQ again

I normally lurk, and don't feel to comfortable offering advice since my game isn't the best. I recently decided to drop from 12 tables to 6-7 (which by the way worked wonders for my bb/100, though I...

Re: stars 200 NL line check

This is actually Kinda funny. I haven't posted anything on here in ages, and being on a skid lately, due partly to poor play, I figured I was about to post this very hand from my perspective . I'm...

Turn the nuts; River is a nightmare

I was left pretty clueless as the right play on this river. Villian was 27/6 over 125 hands. He had been making a lot of aggressive stabs at pots post flop, but had never been doing anything stupid,...

Re: Absolute, closing account and reopening with rakeback?

[ QUOTE ]
All you need is a second funding source. Neteller, Firepay, what others does Absolute accept? FWIW I'm planning on doing this in the near future as well.

So if I just...

Re: Absolute, closing account and reopening with rakeback?

Absolute just started making it impossible to use the same funding method on multiple accounts so I am guessing this will make what you want to do even harder. At the very least you will...

Absolute, closing account and reopening with rakeback?

Hi everyone,
I know this has probably been asked before. I just did a search and couldn't find anything. I know some sites don't mind if you close an account and reopen one with rakeback, and some...

Re: My Blind Play Sucks [stats]

I'm not sure what other people's stats are like in the blinds, but this is similar to me. You do realize you are posting "blinds" in these hands, and thus the "Net amount" is factoring in all the...

What the hell do you do with Small Flushes?

I'm having a real hard time with low suited connectors lately. Are these even worth playing in multi-way pots for flush value? I know its probably a bad run, as Ive had 7 under flushes in the past 3...

I would have called fairly quickly, he could easily have AK/AQ here with those stats

Then you definitely should have raised the flop.

I dont like your river bet because you only have about 1/2 pot bet left. With 3/4 pot bet left it looks ok.

OP,

Why would you rather push than pot it, and reevaluate on the turn? you can get away without losing your stack if you miss.

Re: Pushing with Big draws, are these spews? Results:

I agree about the limped pot part since hands are less clearly defined, there could be alot more 2 pair combos out there. However, A pair+flush draw usually has decent equity vs 2 pair hands i.e....

Pushing with Big draws, are these spews?

I'm really not certain I have folding equity in these spots. I know many of you advocate shoving in these spots, but I'm questioning if it's right or not. It's probably just because I'm running bad....

Set on ugly river board, call or not to call

Villian is a TAG individual, I have him at roughly 15/6 over 200 hands. Is this river an auto-fold?

Thanks,
Jason
