Re: European cheques (those rectangular ones)
They seem really annoying to play with and deal with, at least from what I can see from WPT at that Aviation Club. They just seem unnecessarily bulky and not fun to handle or deal with. They annoy...

Re: Poker in Washington State/Northwest?
If you are going to be going through Idaho, you can go a little farther south to Jackpot, NV and hit Cactus Pete's. They have some tournaments and low limit and NL. It's right on the ID/NV border.

Re: Jobs in Vegas
In short the IT market sucks there. I searched for IT jobs the last 2-3 years because I was interested in moving there. Not to toot my horn but I'm way above desktop support and helpdesk, and maybe...

Re: Stars 1 Mil
Anyone watching the final table? It's painful to watch. How many times has Ax > AK/AQ? Ugh just has to be gut wrenching.

Re: Bad push on a paired board?
I know my min raise was awful. Like I said in the original post, I hadn't played Party poker in a while and wasn't used to the slider thing and clicked too fast. I don't like their new slider...

Re: Bad push on a paired board?
Forgot to mention I c-raised all in on the turn and was insta-called.
I thought I played it right. Keep in mind also it was a 6 handed table and an ATs raise in my book even from early position...

Re: TI Poker Room Opening Wed 4/12
I was just there this weekend and couldn't figure out what that was. I thought maybe it was a tournament only room or something. Very cool, too bad I wasn't there next weekend.

I don't see this type of cheating as...

Heading to Vegas this thursday night for the weekend. Staying at Treasure Island and plan on playing $5/10 or $10/20 at the Mirage.
I'd also like to play some lower limit MTTs. Most I find are...

Re: Are you tired of getting flamed?
I actually agree with the OP entirely. I've been lurking these forums for 4 or so years now, and only rarely post, mostly because I don't have much to contribute.
But out of all the forums I've...
