Default Unable to withdraw my money from TowerGaming

I earned a free poker office by earning 100 player points at TowerGaming.com (a skin of pokerroom.com).

I deposited $100 and now am trying to withdraw $125 after playing around 300-400 hands. They have declined my request for a withdrawal several times, and after contacting their support they inform me (3 days after me contacting them) that I cannot withdraw my money due to me not playing enough hands.

I basically told them it is a joke and I tested their site and did not like it and making me play more hands to get MY money was a load of BS.

And just a FYI, I used NETeller to deposit and tried to use NETeller to withdraw.

Anyone else have these problems? Or is this a normal thing for a poker site to do?

How many hands are they saying you need before you can cashout?

I emailed them again asking this question.

So will post once I get a reply, which will most likely be a 3 day waiting period. They have terrible service too.

Most sites will not like you playing 300 hands and getting a free promotion and withdrawing the money. You would be better off just playing a few more hands before withdrawing.

I think your better off deallling with established sites that have a history, rather then dealing with these small shops.

Why do people put money in these 5th and 6th rate poker sites? There's PLENTY of reputable poker sites out there, but people are willing to risk all their money to earn a lousy $25 bonus???

well it was for a free poker office which is valued at $80.

So at the time I thought it was worth it, in hindsight no.

So this is a recommendation to stay clear of Tower Gaming so no one else has the same prob.

While it is understandable that a site doesn't like a player taking advantage of a promotion and withdrawing after playing only 300 hands, they could avoid the problem by informing people before they deposit that there is a requirement to play a certain number of hands. Failing to inform players of the requirement until they try to make a withdrawal is chickenshit.

Moron, learn to read. OP wants to get a free Poker Office, and Tower Gaming is one of the easiest to clear. If you have time to post garbage, why don't you just shut up?
