I fold preflop. KQo isn't that strong in multiway pots. I also fold the flop. With 2 callers in front I would expect that some of your outs aren't clean. Calling the flop is asking for trouble IMO.

hrm, I'd call given history. The only set that really makes sense is 44, and you're flipping with A9 and A4. I'm sure he shows up here sometimes with a weaker ace/fd so I think this is an easy call....
