I fold preflop. KQo isn't that strong in multiway pots. I also fold the flop. With 2 callers in front I would expect that some of your outs aren't clean. Calling the flop is asking for trouble IMO.

Calling preflop is marginal; KQo actually plays decent with these stack sizes. However, I agree that calling a flop bet on a two-suited paired spells trouble. Easy fold on the flop, unless you have some stellar read for complete air.

It turned out MP2 and CO both had T8o and splitted the pot while Button had QJ, so my 8 straight outs were all alive in that situation, but I guess usually this is not the case. I'm too often drawing dead against a better hand.
The huge pot-odds convinced me to call.
