Re: NL100 (deep): Floaty-Bluffy McSpew, or gooot?

I can see a nice overpair, AA-JJ, one of which is a heart. That line makes sense. He slowed down on the turn when the flush came, but still called your 2/3 bet.

Re: Donk wakes up on the turn, when I hit MY ace...huh??

Re: Official Stars Regulars Thread: Part II

I've been running into MizouClipper at .10/.25 NL pretty regularly recently, seems fairly solid, maybe on the agressive side...anyone have any #s or thoughts?

Re: NL200: AK pre-flop decision

If Villian knows your a good player, and knows Maniac is, well, a maniac, and knows you know that, I think there is a decent percentage of the time that he's re-raising light here because he thinks...

Re: 200 NL CASH (live): Call River on 4-straight board?

Tricky spot by the time he gets to the river...

I think a raise on the flop is called for...I'd lead out, maybe you just win the pot, but your not strong enough to play a big hand...Considering...

Yup. I "forgot" about the firm policy last time and stayed at the Bellagio...the rate at the Bell was actually better so I didn't catch any heat...this time the JW is cheaper...I've got a car...so...

Re: most obvious vegas questions ever?

I'd say the first weekend is more crowded than the final weekend. You have to get to the sports book around 6-7a.m. to get a good seat for the games.

Thanks, I figure to only have about 1K to play with and would rather not have to put it all on the table at once just to feel like i'm stacked for the game. Sounds like I could sit down with $300 on...

Re: Mid week Vegas low stakes NL

What is the average starting stack of the 1-3NL Game I know its uncapped but if its full of people sitting down with 1K stacks then I think I may be better off elsewhere.

Re: Daniel\'s Book

Sounds an awful lot like his Stacked video game...its release was delayed only about 8 different times.
That being said, I'd be pretty interested in this book.

I'll be in town on business next week 7th through the 9th. I've played about everywhere but I often find myself being results oriented and equating the play at a particular place with how I do.
I...

Re: KK on bad flop.

Any reads?
As is I think its close, I've seen a lot of vilians do this with AQ at this level, read dependent, I likely would have expected a re-raise pre flop with either QQ or JJ.
