2. 3-Bet the flop while your still ahead. Bet or raise the turn. This will help define your opponents hand if he comes over the top.

Flop: I'd bet out the flop hoping UTG will raise and knock out some other players or make them pay double.

Turn as Played: When UTG 3Bets, I'd figure him most likely to have KJ, KK or JJ, maybe 33...
