Re: Betfair Poker - More Cheating revolations

[ QUOTE ]

Bad stupid man sends out phishing e-mail with trojan link. Naive gamblers download trojan. Bad stupid man calls them down with 9 high and gets caught. Bad stupid man gets account...

Re: Betfair Poker - More Cheating revolations

There was a player called Vali who seemed to play not like you would expect a higher stakes player to play - yet he beat everyone everytime. It became a bit silly in the end as he never made a...

Re: Betfair Poker - More Cheating revolations

What's stupid is this guy could have got away with it, but it was pretty obvious as he often made hero calls with 9 high etc.. if only he had a little common sense.

Betfair Poker - More Cheating revolations

With the problems at APoker commonly known, how many people were aware of this? This happened amognst the high stakes players 100/200 + and its estimated the refunds were over $1m+. We beleive it's...

Re: 25/50 Live Flopped Flush

The sad thing is the only thing that comes across in your post is your rudeness. Why are you so rude towards elderly people? People that age should be respected and not mocked. Would you like it if...

Re: 10/20nl tough river decision.

I'm sorry I dont get all your logic but them I'm just back from a fantastic lunch with lots of champers and 40 year old wine.

I can't see how you can't call this.

Re: 200/400 against Genius28

Probably a set with an outside chance of 87 (but he bets more on the turn with 87 I guess?).

Re: 25/50 HU, wtf river?

From your background info I can't see him 3 betting 67, not HU out of pos. But of course this could be wrong, and if it's within his range then it changes everything - he could have played 67 like...

Re: wierd party 25 50 spot

Tough spot. I think this is so player specific its difficult to make a judgement, 3bet? As a general (no player info) view I don't think it's KK, more likely AA or AK. Probably AA.

Only way to...

Re: 25/50 HU, wtf river?

Initial reaction is hero gets there - I call.

Could be J8 although unlikely, as are 67, 88, 78? JJ makes no sense.

Perhaps 99, TT, most likely QQ, KK, AA, AJ?

Re: Boat vs nit - fold?

Hi,

Exactly, who over bets the pot (flop) with a boat on that board? Screams of an overpair bet.

Would he flat call (raise) the 66 on the flop? Possibly but then you are open to an overpair...

Re: Boat vs nit - fold?

Are you being serious? Why don't you get it? What makes you think he could have 66?

Re: 10/20 Deep tough river decision against JMC.

77 I would say almost certainly. I can't beleive, given the hand events, he's bluffing here. You played it like many would play AJ - unless your 3 betting range is higher than to include AJ (from BB...

Re: Boat vs nit - fold?

Yes in my view 66, AQs/o totally out of the question for any half decent player.

Re: Boat vs nit - fold?

My first post, been lurking for a while and should really contribute (I'm a high stakes on-line / live mainly cash / big tounry player).

Been thinking about this for an hour and I'm not sure,...
