I had a similar problem with Whill poker ages ago, it turned out that I needed to re-install Java and macromedia flash and it sorted it.

I had this problem a while back. It turns out that I did not have flash installed (Or it was installed but corrupted). Got Macromedia Flash installed and it worked fine. Hope it helps...
