To be honest, their 9% promo makes sense because the terms surrounding it are pretty hard to comply with. My guestimate is that they expect their Elites to cash on the 9% maybe 6 months out of 12,...

87s is going to be somewhere around 27%-ish against two random hands if memory serves, and you're getting about 2.13:1 if they both call (meaning you need about a 32% hand or so against two randoms...
