Is there a "site equity comparison" tool/spreadsheet out there?

Hi guys,

My feeble attempts at using the search function haven't answered this question for me. I'm looking for a tool that given an expected volume of play at a range of given stakes of sngs and any given site's reward program point value and/or rakeback rate will spit out a clear indication of which site is more equitable to play on.

Any insights or links are welcome. Thanks!
