Re: is guido good?
It depends /images/graemlins/laugh.gif. When I play my A game I'm pretty good but certainly not a top 10 player from these boards. My stats are certainly not that horribly so I think you confuse me...

How to play an overpair
Hi all,
I'm pretty new to NL and so far it hasn't been my thing. I'm down about 15 buy ins after 50K hands, it even put me down for the year /images/graemlins/frown.gif.
I have a question...

Re: ATs flop and turn questions
[ QUOTE ]
This is just about the worst imaginable reason to reraise pf unless you are pretty certain they are raising because they are on tilt.
[/ QUOTE ]
Why is that? You only look at his...

Re: ATs flop and turn questions
It's not full ring, the handconverter messed up and I changed a few things, forgot this one. It's a 6 max table.
Thanks,
Guido

Re: ATs flop and turn questions
As far as the 67o hand he limped and I raised about the pot and he called preflop. The flop went check, bet, call. Normally I bet about 2/3 to 4/5 on the flop. I don't know the exact amount from this...

Re: ATs flop and turn questions
Hi all,
Thansk for all the replies so far. I had A /images/graemlins/club.gif T /images/graemlins/club.gif as most of you figured out.
I think there are some different ways to play this hand...

ATs flop and turn questions
Hi all,
I'm at my work so I don't know the exact stats of my opponent and this hand was from about a week ago. I did have a history against this oppenent where he stacked me with 67o against my...

Re: A hand against a LAG
I would like some more opinions about how I should play this preflop and on the flop.
Should I call or raise more preflop?
When I call, do I call an all-in bet on the flop?
When I raise to...

Re: A hand against a LAG
But I played it like I had KK, AA or AK. Don't you think he would play QQ, KK or AA this way? Maybe even JJ?
Thank
Guido

A hand against a LAG
BB was very loose and aggro. Defenately not crazy. He seemed to get a lot of good hands but also made a few big bets and most of the time he had the goods. Easy fold? Or call? What about my PF play?...

How to play this against a TAG?
My opponent was pretty aggro and I was raising a ton so he came after me sometimes. Please tell me how you would play the flop and turn. Should I check the flop? If not, how much would you bet? If...

Re: Help me play better: Kepplinger
Hi Peter,
I steal more, but my PFR is about the same, maybe a little higher. So that means that I raise less in early position but more in late position. I also know that you 3-bet lighter than I...

Re: Blind battle, easy fold on the turn?
Hi jk3a,
I'm hoping to hit an 8 with maybe 1 overcard and everything that's better or a good draw.
I'm not planning to fold when I improve, that totally depends on the amount he bets and how I...

Re: Blind battle, easy fold on the turn?
Hi ArturiusX,
What if you are very sure he's going to bet the turn? Do you still check call the flop?
Why I'm playing this hand so hard? Well, if I bet he will raise most hands, even worse...

Re: Blind battle, easy fold on the turn?
Ok, well just saying it's godawful doesn't really help me to understand why. I know this is a limit play and I don't use it very often.
I c/r so when he calls, I know he has a better hand. I can...
