Default Help me play better: Kepplinger

I have been playing 10/20 6max on party for over a year and added a little 15/30 and 20/40 in the last couple of months. I feel my play has really gotten worse lately and I was hoping to get some insight in how to change my play.
My stats over 200K hands of 10/20 are:
VPIP: 23.8
PFR: 16.6
Folded SB to Steal: 84.0
Folded BB to Steal: 54.3
Att. to Steal Blinds: 33.5
Went to SD: 35.7
Aggresion factors (flop, turn, river): 3.3, 2.4, 1.6
Folded to River Bet: 38.9

If you have played against me, your comments are very much appreciated as well.

Thanks in advance,
Peter

My stats are similar. And I have also some problems beating the game.
Probably we need to steal blinds more. 40%
We also need to go more to showdown being tight.

But on the other hand, it could be only bad variance.

I don't have many hands with you, but I have 200 or so and none of the big winners or losers look misplayed to me. I don't remember playing with you though, which probably isn't a bad thing.

There was only one hand I disagreed with, though I don't know how many would agree with me. You're here with Qc5c.

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Preflop: Hero is Button with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
2 folds, CO raises, Hero 3-bets, 2 folds, CO calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets, CO calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO bets, Hero calls.

River: (6.75 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 8.75 BB

Results in white below:
CO has 5c Qc (straight, seven high).
Hero has 9h 9d (one pair, nines).
Outcome: CO wins 8.75 BB.

I would have either check/raised the flop (but don't think check/calling is bad) or definitely gone for a check/raise on the turn. I'm pretty sure I fold naked overcards to your donkbet, and I'm betting all of my pairs when checked to. Oh, and I think preflop sucks.

Hi Peter,

I steal more, but my PFR is about the same, maybe a little higher. So that means that I raise less in early position but more in late position. I also know that you 3-bet lighter than I do so you might considering that too.

I'm at work right now so I don't know the exact numbers but the rest seems decent too me.

Thanks,

Guido
