By cbetting enough on the flop you make them pay for drawing, and hopefully make them fold and take the pot right there. If they go for the draw they are making EV-. You'd have to bet about halfpot...

I find it scary that he just called your 3xraise. He just called your minraise preflop so he might not have much, maybe he just wanted to...

I think he might have the QQ+, since he 3xraised you out of position, and protects his hand post-flop against the draw with a half-pot bet. Right?
