Re: 50nl combo draw facing flop raise
call. This guys range is so tight for doing this. If you hit he will still pay you enough imo. However, you need to watch for rio.

Re: 50nl combo draw facing flop raise
I like calling in position here. As shove probably doesnt have much fe against his range for c/ring on this board. Plus you could be drawing to one out.

Re: 50nl combo draw facing flop raise
I like a 3bet and call a push. That kind of board is a text book example of a board that hits very few hands. So villain probably thinks 22 and AJo is the nuts here after your cb so I think your FE is really high.
Also, what does 58/122 mean? You mean 58/12 right? |

Re: 50nl combo draw facing flop raise
FE is 0, but your equity is still over 30%.
Call. I am certain he is going to give you river for cheap and you get paid if you hit. |

So with say AA you would just shove it in and expect to be called by villains entire range? Or do you think villain has trips, full house or quads everytime? Funny, because my concern with AA would be the opposite. Villain probably has very little and a big part of his range is air, so I would just call the flop with AA and let him fire again on the turn. |

Re: 50nl combo draw facing flop raise
Ok, first post here. Bear with me. Please correct me if I'm wrong or off with my calculations, but I'd like to give it a shot. (Trying to get to terms with the game ).
So Hero has basically: 9 outs (flush draw) 3 outs (gutshot draw 3=4-1 for the flush) 12 outs = 12x4%=48% chance of making the flush on the river pot is: 4.25+3.5+9=16.75 to call: 9. pot odds: 9/(16.75+9)=0.3495 so 35% pot odds to call with 48% chance to make the nuts. Or should I say: 35% pot odds to see the turn with 24% chance to make the flush there? Anyway, as I see it, I think going all in here would still give you a 48% of making the flush, and might scare him into folding. I don't think Villain is playing suited connectors (gapped) like you are. Probably low pocketpairs since he just called your preflop bet. My 5 cts. What do you think? |
