Re: standard river situation

i bet/fold 18$.
I think he will call you with ace which is big enough part of his range.

Re: **Official** uNL Microbrew Thread - October

i live outside US and i have no idea why would KFC-bucket and black people together mean racism?

i mean if a black person would post a picture of white guy chasing McBurger would it be racism too?...

Re: How to play medium/low pairs OOP when OC flops in general?

Against a tag who i didn't play back yet i like co c/r this flop a lot.
This is the flop that likely missed him, and he will cbet it always. So if there is no history beetween you and him c/r should...

Re: KK vs maniac

i had a guy 80/0 at the table. He didn't raise single hand in 200 hands. Then out of sudden he raised the pot UTG! and showed j2o or something simmiliar.

Re: am i burning $? NL25

after preflop raise you are pot commited so i think it is fine. I like shoving more than check/call.

In general speaking of preflop if he is awful it looks ok for you. You are way ahead of his...

Re: I hate folding sets...

when i am villain in this hand i have a flush here like never.
It looks more like overpair/top pair that waits for a no/images/graemlins/heart.gif turn to raise.
In your place i am getting stacked...

Re: How would you play AQ here?

when 13/10 is raising 2 limpers it is insta fold for me.
Maybe he had a run of good cards recenlty. If he is 13/10 over decent number of hands i doubt he in in "autoraise limpers" mode.

I muck it.

JJ out of position with K high flop

I have history with Villian - before this hand i stacked him couple of times and he can be tilting against me. He is about 40/15/1 donkastic, very rude and offensive chat.

I was feeling kinda lost...

Re: Shoving or calling better here?

I do not see why couldnt villian have two pair and not call with them to our shove.

98s, AK, A9s, A8s all these hands could be very well playing like this. Even with set he could have been trying...

Re: Pocket 10s facing some action - lay this down?

He looks like some pair to me or a 9 and thinks he is good. Our TT may be good, but without a read I fold and take a note.

Re: KK vs shortie on A high flop in 3bet pot

I actually like to cbet/fold shorties and i do it a lot and it usually works.

The idea behind it is that shortstack is quite sure, that you are committed to the pot. So he is making decision for...

Re: Flopping trips against tight player

I think the bet is the right thing to do. I value bet turn and river.

The main point is that it is 3way pot. When button called he had SB behind so he probably isn't floating you, but has...

KK vs shortie on A high flop in 3bet pot

When Ace flopped i gave up on a hand and tried to take it down with cbet. Now i think that after putting 1/3 of effective stack preflop the worst i can do is put another 1/3 and fold. Any ideas?...

Re: NL100 KK overpair, worst possible river

i think it must be a fold.
However the reasonable hand that we beat here is a busted OESD that bluffs the flush card.

Re: limped pot. QJ that used to be the nuts

i believe i have a lot of value on the turn actualy.
My experience with UTG is that he is stacking off randomly with hands like 3rd pair.
Even if they are playing tight i have value against JT, JJ,...

Re: 50 NL, TPNK, a spot for stupid mistakes?

It think it is good strategy to play super-tight in limped pots. Most limped pots will go check/check to the river and you will see showdown. So if your hand is marginal and has some showdown value...

Re: Do you ReRaise for value everytime here?

after you 3bet preflop i think it is good spot to try to go to allin with AK, let alone your holding.
You(and also your opponent) have lost a LOT of value on every street.
In 3bet pot your opponent...

Re: flopped a set. help!

Bad fold.
