Re: NL 100 Cont Bet catches TPTK, Nut draw, facing CR all in

[ QUOTE ]
I think that his most likely holding is a semibluff and getting 1.4:1 may necessitate a call.

Thanks Johnny.

Shameless bump for the work week crowd.

Re: NL 200 - value on river?

[ QUOTE ]
His chk on turn on river indicates your hand is good, but no worse hand will call a value bet there. Checking down is definitely best and be happy to take what is already a decent pot.

Re: 1/2 vs aggressive and wild Donk (bad call by me??)

[ QUOTE ]
Turn min raise followed by river overbet is a pretty obvious monster tell without a stronger read.

Re: Questionable Bluff-Catching Spot

A 50/15 raising UTG is usually going to be a better hand than KJ. He could be bluffing with 66 or KQ, maybe backed into spades. I'm not a fan of looking him up in this spot. But if your read is...

Re: 200NL: Zeebo or hero calling out bluff?

[ QUOTE ]
Thanks for the input guys.

This hand history is actually reversed. This is a 3-barrel bluff I fired and the villian called me with 66. He just could'nt let his PP go. I wanted to see...

NL 100 Cont Bet catches TPTK, Nut draw, facing CR all in

Villian is FishonTilt, who seemed a pretty solid multi-tabler. I've been a little aggressive, but not too out of line.

Re: Value bet the river AJ on bad river card 1/2NL

If you've seen him call w 2nd pair before go ahead and value bet this river...basically means push him in.

Re: $60 - L7 good time for a stop & no

Go ahead through with your plan, which I like in this situation. I've put my hand over the board before to keep from chickening out...

Re: $60 - L6 BvB

I'd raise a tighter player, but A5 is going to be tough to play vs a guy that likes to flat call. Complete pf, bet river, as played fold.

Re: $60 TPTK gets check/minraised on turn

Baluga theory applies more as stacks get deeper. Being ~50 BB's deep, I think it applies, but doesn't own. I'm not folding TPTK on the turn here, especially to a bad player.

Re: $60, L3 AQo after two limpers, odd stack

I can really go either way here. I like raising a bit better since we'll have postion and should be able to play the flop pretty well even if we're a bit short.

Re: (39) JJ Bubble Deepish

looks fine to me. I like your flop play and I think his range is more JT, QT, 88 than overpairs.
