Here's the answer to the TV question. A little bit of history also.

WSOP wasn't televised for most of the 70s and early 80s.

1973 it was televised by CBS I think as a special hosted by Jimmy...

There were 2 significent hands. A few hands before Lam doubled up from about 10k to 25k. That was really it.

I agree with the assessments on his personality. I liked his style though. He got lucky on the last hand but he was a monster chip leader

Anything suited except for maybe Ace something suited. Suited connectors also work.

On the flip side if I have aces I'm super aggressive like all in type aggressive because I've seen aces get beat...

You can't fault Brenes as a poker player. I think his antics go to far at times but he's had more cashes over then last 2 years in the WSOP then anyone not named Hellmuth.

Poker After Dark is probably my favorite of all the poker shows. I'm not up that late to watch it all the time. But PAD actually shows you how the game is played. The other shows are edited a lot...

There's not a difference. Bad beats happen all the time that's why you try and only play a few hands instead of as many hands as possible. The more hands you play the more bad beats you get.

Poker takes forever to do. The only final table in recent years from the WSOP main even that took one show was the 04 table which took only 5 or 6 hours. It was done before the dinner break.
