So betting more pre-flop seems to be the main thing I did wrong. The only point I got against that though is raising too much with only 1 other player in the pot...

Their software is crap. I just upgraded my ran to 1.5G, put my display settings down to 16bit, have everything else closed and it still freezes with two tables open.
