The example is there is a bet in front of you you have 3 descision call, raise or fold. Calling is "unprofitable"...

They fact of the matter is that any "unliscenced" game of change that takes a cut or charges to play is always illegal. Home games that charge or take a rake are illegal always. It doesn't matter...
