Villain seems to be tight enough so we can fold here. If we put him on JJ+, AK then we have to call, but if we put him on JJ+,AKs, then it is already a fold (close).

I fold pre-flop, but of course it is possible to play an ultra-LAG style. Turn I call again and probably call river, depending on the bet size.
