I don't think that turn changes much. He would have to have exactly 97.

I think the most likely holding is a trappy/timid set.
Maybe he called with a suited connector and hit two pair.

I think a combo either bombs flop or just calls turn.

I'm assuming you would not bet JJ- into 3 other players would you?

He has to know this too and calls and makes a smallish raise on turn.

I doubt he wants you to fold which means he can beat AA-AQ.
