Re: Should I be folding here?

The worst hand for you to see villain have here is JJ, giving him top set. If you go into pokerstove (which i suggest you get if you haven't already) and plug in JJ vs AhKh on this board you have 25%...

Re: 2NLHE: Do Turn Aggressions Apply In This Case?

If your image has been tarnished by recent loses of big pots/poor decision making/ or whatever, this is a perfect spot to get paid off. If you have a bad image + villain is a thinkning opponent he's...

Re: AA on monotone board turn decision

We're only 51% against his range so a bet is +ev but high variance> If the river blanks we can call a reasonable sized river bet expecting to snap of a bluff a good percentage of the time against...

Re: NL$100| 3bet pot, turn TPTK

You say that you haven't been 3 betting as much this session, and after 3 betting out of the blinds your hand gains a little more respect imo. You guys are a little bit deep and when you 3 bet...

Re: Credibility of Rake back calculators

I have found so far that rakeback calculators tell you that you will get twice as much rakeback as what you actually recieve. Anyone else found this?

Re: 50 NL - Am i being played back at? When to fold, when to call dow

Primate,

How do you make the decision when you are committed to a hand? I have an idea intuitively but do you think you could explain it to me a bit more logically/mathematically?

Re: 50 NL - Am i being played back at? When to fold, when to call dow

Claunchy, I agree with what you say, I think we should wait until we have a stronger hunch that villian is playing back at us. I'm just wondering if in this particular hand with the information we...

I ended up pushing and he flipped KK. I think pushing is bad because his calling range of the flop push has us crushed, whereas calling the flop allows him to at least fire of a bluff on the turn. If...

Re: 50 NL - Am i being played back at? When to fold, when to call dow

If he is indeed playing back at us with 88-10 as well as his other obvious holdings our equity is decent (~40%) against his range. Does that makes us lean towards calling the flop min raise and then...

50 NL - Am i being played back at? When to fold, when to call down?

Villians stats are 38/2/.5 across 50 hands, his flop agf is 2.
