I see tight players doing this with AJ and overpairs. He might fold AJ but 3-betting is too risky. Fold.

Hand 1: Raise preflop, bet flop and fold turn. Smells a like set or QT.
Hand 2: Check behind and call a river bet (and of course raise if it's a heart)
