Default Good spot to bet/3bet bluff?

SB is a tightish 20/3 and a pretty weak tight player overall. Doesn't play many hands and I just cbet him to death.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com

BB ($59.85)
UTG ($114.65)
MP ($64)
CO ($27.30)
Hero ($71.25)
SB ($72.60)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.50, 1 fold, CO calls $0.50, Hero raises to $3, SB calls $2.75, 1 fold, UTG folds, CO folds.

Flop: ($7.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4.5, SB raises to $9, Hero...

I think I could rep an overpair here since I don't think he plays loosely enough to have a 4 here. I've never seen him min-raise before so that's kind of weird too. I've been playing pretty TAG and in my current session on this table now a 3bet here would almost always mean a made hand. Any thoughts on this play?

no. WT tight player check minraises you, and you have to represent an overpair for him to fold? no thanks.

With your read, this is a clear fold. You say he is weak and you value bet him to death. Now he is laying a move on you. Just believe him. He has a pair of deuces beat. Don't blow all your previous value bets on a bluff that is unlikely to work.

Preflop, btw:
Actually I limp behind with 22 trying to hit my set. I might raise against a single limper but against two, it's mostly spew with 22, imo.

I see tight players doing this with AJ and overpairs. He might fold AJ but 3-betting is too risky. Fold.
