I actually tried doing this once when I was songwriting. I did it for a week or two, and then got too busy to keep writing, so I stopped. That's at least one use for it tho - trippy writing ideas.

Yeah, I never really think about sodium - may need to cut the Diet Coke for the same reason. However, the Gatorade actually really helps a lot before/during a long practice. I drink tons of water...
