Re: PokerStars has a new tournament schedule!

Overall I think the schedule isn’t friendly to West coast players.

Why did all the other non Hold’em games keep diversified schedules and limits but Omaha H/L fixed limit games get removed?

Re: Is this a hand that I should be raising?

Can someone explain where I went wrong? I’d like to learn how to better use Pokerstove in these situations or if it’s not applicable here.

Thanks

With three limpers and none described as TP you’ve got around 20% if you include random hands in the blinds so the raise would be +EV.

Re: Button limp faces SB raise and UTG limp reraise

called the river if 3-bet, I didn't put SB on any type of drawing hand and the pot was too large.

Re: paying off the flush with AK

I want to see the river so I play it the same and don't raise the turn.

Re: Q9s: not a playalong, but a 2-parter

In addition to our equity good things happen when we raise here. Small chance we take the pot down, chance we cause over cards to fold, and a chance we get a free card on the turn.

I missed the c/r opportunity when I played and when I reviewed the hand. Thanks for pointing this out.

Re: KK got donk-bet to an Ace on Turn & then he checks river??

given the line you took I'd bet the river for the same reasons dun_noo gave. My first thought reading the hand was that villain had JcTc or Acxc.

Re: KQs, should i fold this?

*grunch*

3-bet the flop with TPGK. Bet/call the turn, if villain doesn’t raise the turn bet the river otherwise check/call.

Re: Fold to river donk?

No specific reads. I didn't consider the check/raise point. Given the board is paired and three to the flush I gave more weight to the river donk.

Fold to river donk?

Villain is 40/3.5/0.7 over 50 hands.

This is an easy fold to a LPP river donk bet correct?

Re: Passive on flop with overcards

I play it the same and don't think it's too passive. You have less than 3 outs (1.5 for each over discounted more for the K or J of spades).
