First, I used to raise middle pairs in EP, but found it caused too many problems for me and MP1 is still a little early for me to be raising 88....

We're on similar pages, but I fail to see why you're putting BB on such a monster or even thinking you're behind on the turn.
Pre-flop: (10 players) AussieVillain is BB with...
a) middle pair...

BB is somewhat tight PF and completed against a marginal PFR, a cold-caller and SB. Not providing reads on the other players in the hand analysis a great deal.
