Smart Buddy Not working?

Smart Buddy does not appear to be working for the last few days. I play on Poker Stars. Any one else have similiar problems?

Finally got it work. Problem seemed to be the comment ; were missing on several lines. I added these and all is good. Thanks for help and the program

Skipping SB on Party Poker

Playing $3$6 Holdem on Party Poker, I have noticed several players who will post their big blind, sit out the small blind and then come in behind the button with out posting. Is the legal? Ethical?
