It will depend on the business. If it has hard assets or equipment that can be used for collateral, that will be easier to finance than a business that does not. Businesses with higher cash flow...

The flush draw is insufficient by itself with the odds you're getting (if no fold equity). But you'll be good some percentage of the time if you hit an A or a K also, so I think you're good.
