Default ATs rr in BB

Vs an unknown. I think I might be 'check the flop' happy, bet/fold here, right? Seems exploitable, maybe bet/3bet or bet call, not sure.

Was close to donking turn for $25, how would that have been?

Starting Stacks
Seat 1: UTG ($94.50)
Seat 2: LP ($233.25)
Seat 3: CO ($62.45)
Seat 4: Button ($113.75)
Seat 5: Small blind ($238.85)
Seat 6: Big blind (Hero) ($98)

Preflop: Hero is Big blind with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
3 folds, Button raises ($3), 1 fold, Hero raises ($11), Button calls ($8)

Flop: ($23.5) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets ($12), Hero calls ($12)

Turn: ($47.5) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets ($25), Hero calls ($25)

River: ($97.5) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets ($55), Hero folds

Final Pot: $93.5

I think flop play is fine, as if you are betting it is pretty much a bluff as the only hand that you beat that might somehow call is someone with a super stubborn KK. I dont think your line is bad but against such small bets I think i may have called the river too as well although folding is probably right.

wow thats some weak poker man. i min cr the flop and bet smallish all the way if he calls. if i get raised i muck. min flop cr after pre flop rr on an ace high board is super powerful. your protected from moves. odds on you have him outkicked, value dink him to the grave bet the exact amount A4s will call down.

I like PF. I lead the flop for $17 or so. As played I like the river fold.

I like donking this flop... but I also donk this flop with 88.

I don't think the turn is a better place to try to define your hand than the flop.

As played, good fold on the river.

lol, don't be weak, c/min raise!

min c/r sucks

odds aren't that you have him outkicked. test the waters while they're shallow and react. C/r just builds a pot that only gets called if you are beat.

I dont mind this actually. Like PF and flop.

I never donk turn so need some explanation behind why people would do that. A raise anywhere folds out worse hands and lets better ones stack you.

River - I cant se him doing this with anything you beat really unless you know he is aggressive

He had the option to check behind and he didnt take it!

I like a double barrel, check fold on the river if both streets called. I don't see the point in check calling both the flop and turn.
