I decided to check this flop to induce a bet for a check raise , villian checks instead and pushes the scare card for me on the turn. Standard fold? Should I always bet the flop?

When you say min 3bet, are you saying the 12xbb where you call 8.5bb, or are you saying from 3.5x bb to 7bb?
