AKs Big Pot
2/5 Live
SB seems solid with around $425. He has seen me raise a few pots after isolating the field and taken them down w/o showing. I sense that he wants to take a stand soon.
LMP is fishy...

Re: Proportional Representation
I think an additional argument is that often these parties have very narrow agendas that would not address many of the issues of governance. By having, for example, 3% of the legislature from the...

Re: Why Don\'t Jews Believe In Original Sin
I have no idea what Jews believe.
I do know that Christians are not of one mind on this issue. Most orthodox sects, such as Roman Catholic believe that we are sinners at birth. That is why...

"Can anyone fold TPTK on this flop given the former hand/momentum?"
What effect do you think this might have on the psychology of this hand?

2/5 live, good game--effective stacks = $500
utg opens for $25, 1 call, I call w/ 9c9s, BB calls. This seems to be a good spot to call here as raiser is likely to bet flop and caller is steaming...

Re: Live 1/2 DEEP stacked AA hand
I think it could look a lot like you were squeezing to utg. Villains range includes many hands that you crush IMO. For only 100x the straddle, I'd be willing to get it all in. Maybe a slow call...

Did you expect to win the pot on the flop enough to make it profitable to bet $20?
Were you trying to build a pot so that you could win a big bet if your flush...

the turn...
I called on the flop.
Turn brings a 7 making 2 clubs. The board now shows 7 J63 and there is $1000 in pot. I have $1400 left when my oponent bets $800 into me. What is my plan now?

A 40% markup meant cost/.6
so your $2 would turn out to be $2/.85= $2.35
I don't know why they did it this way, but that is how they did it. ...
