Once you check the river and he bets i think it's an easy fold. a 76/6/0.56 is never betting a worse hand here.

Bet $35 on flop, fold if raised. You are HU, and his range includes many hands without an A. I think your flop c-bet will take down the pot often enough to be profitable in this situation....
