my goal is to earn 100k this year playing poker...
Being the best is a nice dream, but being able to earn a decent living from poker is more important to me. I'm going to invest in some real coaching and put my work in. I would love to beat the highest limits one day, but making money is my main goal. Poker is a job; not a hobby.

LIke everyone else i would like to be the best , but that is just a dream, much like a minor leauge baseball player. after the intial drive to obtain greatness, practicality comes into play and you must realize that while you may be better than average, you are most likley not destined for the top. and you still can make a great living doing this. i really belive that greatness is born not made. you can make yourself good, but not great, in my opinion.

Having a wife/kids (or other responsibility) seems to make a big difference, rather than age per se. I am 22 but have been working full time for last 1.5 years. I def want to make money more than strive to be the best.

i want some recognition on the tournament circuit so i can get freerolls in every 10k event and travel all over the place to play them. cash games meh i dont care too much if people know me as long as i can still make a ton. ambitions for playing as big as it gets online? i duno i played 200-400 on prima once and lost so i obv have to get unstuck there sometime.. but in general im a big bankroll nit. holla
