Re: LHE HU Bankroll?

The 2/4 HU at FT is entirely beatable, I paid 2.4BB/100 over 17k hands in rake at 2/4 HU which is basicly the same as the 2.33BB/100 I paid at 3/6 6max. In theory with a little bit of game selection...

Re: Site for building up FL HU Cash BR

WPX has .25/50 through 2/4. The rake is pretty high but with 75% rakeback its not a big deal. Games might be hard to find sometimes so once you can afford 2/4 and up FTP is the place to go.

Re: LIMCASH looking for a strat vs a weird style

If this guy is limping 100% you shouldn't feel obligated to put money into the pot oop with non made trash hands that you fold pf to a raise if you flop bottom pair etc. If you are getting a free...

Re: blindhand vs aggro

I would imagine your line to be highly successful vs hands like K8-KQ and maybe even A8-AK. Not many other hands that beat you are likely to be folding but you wont have the pot stolen from you on...

Re: Does he have AK often enough (3 bet on turn)

So you lose to AA, JJ, 77, 88, 910. I am not sure whats less likely, him having AA or JJ or capping 77/88 pf. Most likely he is spazzing with his AKss/AQss. Its also not unlikely that he has AKo. I...

Cap preflop, looks fine other than that.

Re: Not So Standard 2 Pair Hand

Are you calling the river if its an 8 of clubs or something like that? If not I don't get the turn call.

Re: TPNK in the BB

against 95% of wpx 3/6 opponents I raise the flop here and go from there. If the button is lag hes going to be 3betting all his decent aces preflop and I cant imagine him coldcalling with A8. I find...

Re: How tough are limit games?

I suggest WPX. You will find a good mix of shorthanded and full ring play from 1/2 to 5/10 and 100% rakeback is nice. The only catch is the games are very aggressive and can be difficult at times.

Re: 2/4 Stars - 2 pair on coordotastic board.

You beat pretty much nothing and I don't think most opponents bluff this river nearly enough for a call to be profitable.

Re: Table Selection

[ QUOTE ]
1) Site selection.

This is equally important. You know what to look for: fish, rake, rb, bonii and vip. Playing 10/20 and below without a good rakeback deal or a good VIP program is...

Re: May Goals - SSSH and beyond

1. Keep my BB/100 over 3 at the stars 2/4 and 3/6
2. BB/100 over 1 at WPX 2/4 and 3/6
3. Play more hands than april
4. Have a bankroll ready for 5/10 by the end of the month
5. Do not play any...

Re: A2o vs complete unknown

I think you see 5x here a lot and less often 9x. I don't think I have ever seen a cr by a flush on a board like this after that flop action. If I thought 5x could fold this river I might raise.

Re: I spew

Hand 1 is fine all around. I can't see any busted draws taking a shot on the river if you check after the line you have taken. You will get called by ace high here fairly often.

Hand 2 I like the...

Re: passive or aggressive? overpair, flop is capped by villain

I would bet the turn and call down if raised. As played I would raise the river and likely fold to a 3bet. I can't see a set capping the flop and trying to c-r the turn very often.

Re: river vb? (warning: thin)

Seems like an easy bet. Unless you have a better reason that what you have allready said about them you can fold to a raise every time. I am sure you will get called by worse Qs, 8s and random PPs...

Re: Annoying flop spot

That definately seems weak. Against an unknown I might call the flop and fold to another bet on the turn, or raise the flop hoping to check through the turn and call a bet on the river.
